Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 Slices Martin’s Texas Toast Potato Bread
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch Of Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup, warmed
- Powdered Sugar, for serving
Directions
- Crack eggs into a shallow dish.
- Add milk and whisk to combine.
- Whisk in vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
- Dip Butter Bread slices in egg mixture on both sides until coated, but not completely soaked through.
- Fry slices in heated skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with butter and maple syrup. Top with powdered sugar, if desired.
